What are the advantages

The
average American spends up to 90% of their time indoors.
Think about it. When you wake up in the morning in your bed
you are inside your house. Then you leave your house to get
in your car. You step out of the car and enter your place
of work. After several hours, you leave work to go back home,
go shopping, go to a restaurant or other indoor places. The
majority of your day is spent indoors, making you one of the
many average Americans. Those more susceptible to the effects
of poor IAQ spend even more time indoors. These people include
infants, the elderly and critically ill.

What’s
the difference in the ions
that are generated by the Air Oasis technology
and other ionic air purifiers?

| A.
Ionic air purifiers, Ionizers, and Negative Ion Generators
are basically appliances that by an electrical charge manufactor
negative ions. What makes these units effective is the fact
that negative ions are heavier than dust and other pollutants
that are floating in the air. When the negative ions come
into contact with airborne pollutants, they become to heavy
to float and fall to the surface leaving the air free of the
contaminants. |

B.
Air Oasis uses a technology called Nano Nichol HCT
PCO (photo catalytic oxidation). The result of
this technology is a chemical reaction that produces a blanket
of negative ions consisting of a variety of different “Ions”
which include hydro peroxide ions, hydroxyl ions, super
oxide ions and ozonide ions. Though technically you can
call the Air Oasis a negative ion generator because the
ions that it makes are negative and much heavier than the
contaminants in your home, the ions created by the Air Oasis
fall into a different category , called redundant oxidizers.
These are much more powerful than your average ionizer.
These ions not only cause airborne contaminants to fall
they cause a oxidizing reaction that destroys any germ,
bacteria, virus, mold spore, or voc contain in or on the
molecules that make up the indoor air pollution. Once they
have reacted and destroyed the contaminant they revert back
to oxygen and water.
2.
What is the difference between the PCO Air Oasis uses and
other PCO air purifiers.
A.
Most PCO air purifiers on the market are what you would
call a basic tio2 system. Pretty much a uv light placed
above a tio2 metal catalyst. With no way to move the ions,
these units usually cover a small amount of sq footage and
have a 1 year expensive replacement part. A problem with
many of these "knock offs" is they are cheaply
made and can actually cause indoor air pollution because
they lack the capacity to completely decompose VOC's. (beware
of cheap imitations)
B. Air Oasis has strived for and has made
great advances in this technology.

speeds up the kinetic rate reaction that in turn creates
a much smaller level of ozone being generated. more

How

Deciding
on which model or models to place in your home depends on a few
different things.
Is your home a 2 story, is it a open area, do you
have Central heat and air throughout your home? Etc.
Air
Oasis Mini Room air purifier
The Air Oasis Mini is small room air purifier that is ideal for
a small bedroom, bathroom, or even larger closet spaces. The Air
Oasis mini is also a great corner desk unit to purify your personal
breathing space in your work environment. One area the Air Oasis
Mini has been found to be particularly effective and at home is
Childcare nurseries. Nurseries at places of work, churches, and
Day Cares have enjoyed the reduction in odors and the reduction
in sick kids.
One of our local churches keeps an Air Oasis 1000, 3000 or mini
in every childcare room that changes diapers and one in the nursing
mother's room.

Apartment air purifier
If your home or work area is smaller, Say a 1000 sq ft or lower,
the solution is fairly easy. One Air Oasis 1000 Apartment air
purifier will handle your space sufficiently. Larger living rooms,
Home theaters, and game rooms are also ideal for this air purifier.
Like the Air Oasis Mini this air purifier has been found to be
very effective in childcare nurseries. The Air Oasis 1000 would
also be considered a commercial air purifier in smaller areas
of higher contamination.

Oasis 3000 Whole House air purifier
Our best selling air purifier, One Air Oasis 3000 can handle
spaces up to 3000 Square Feet. Larger homes with open floor
plan layouts are best for this purifier. Generally as a
rule of thumb it is better to place smaller air purifiers
throughout the home rather than rely on one larger unit
for everything.
Example: An Air Oasis 3000 for the main living area, One
Air Oasis 1000 for the den, and a Air Oasis Mini for each
of the bedrooms. A
two story home will require at least one air purifier on
